Shipping Policy (Updated)

When it is about shopping online, the Shipping Policy plays a paramount role in making a crude estimation that how long it is going to take to expect the delivery of your order placed. Under normal circumstances, orders are shipped between 03 to 07 business days. Once an order is handed over to the courier, we update the tracking information via email. Throughout the transit, we keep you updated and if there is anything that is required from your end, we also let you know via email. If for any reason your order does not arrive in the given time frame, you can always contact us at info@celebsjacket.com and we will be happy to assist you.

ORDER PROCESSING

The following is the Shipping Policy in-practice at Celebsjacket.com:

  • Orders placed at Celebsjacket are delivered at your doorstep within 03 to 10 business days after the payment is confirmed from our payment processor.
  • Note: There is difference between Order Placement & Order Confirmation. When you place the order at our store and accordingly make the payment via credit card or PayPal, this is Order Placement and when your payment is confirmed by the payment processor, this is Order Confirmation. An order may take up to 12 to 24 hours to get confirmed.
  • Custom-sized orders placed at Celebsjacket may take up to 15 to 18 business days to get delivered at your doorstep.

ORDER SHIPMENT

  • We employee the Express Courier Service of the world’s some of the most renowned Courier venders including FedEx, DHL, USPS and UPS etc. Once your order is shipped, your order tracking information is corresponded to you via email and you can keep a track of the latest status of your parcel throughout the transit.
  • Note: The tracking information is corresponded to you via email within 24 hours after the order is shipped to you.
  • Always provide us your complete Physical address to have your orders shipped along with your contact number so that you may be contacted anytime during the phase, if needed. 
  • Note: We do not make the deliveries over FPO and/or APO addresses, so always provide us your complete Physical address along with your contact number to keep away from the inconvenience of late / de-expedited deliveries.
  • Subsequent to our customers’ requests, we opt to declare your order at an undervalued amount by marking it as a ‘Gift Item’ to save your parcel from being levied with custom duties and taxes. Despite our utmost efforts, if your parcel is levied with duties and taxes by your local custom authorities, you would be required to pay those duties before getting your deliveries.
  • If, for any reason, you are not able to collect the delivery when the courier attempts to deliver it to you, it shall be held by the courier. In this case, you would be required to contact your local courier vendor to the delivery reattempt.
  • Note: After the lapse of considerable time, the courier would ship back the parcel to us, if you do not make a contact for delivery reattempt. In this case, you may be required to pay any additional duties, shipment and/or handling charges imposed by the vendor coupled with one side shipment fee to have your order shipped again to you.
  • To be cost effective, we have our manufacturing facilities and distribution centers located worldwide, so you should be ready to acknowledge the delivery shipped from any part of the world.
