Return and Exchange Policy

Just to ascertain your maximum convenience while shopping at CelebsJacket, we have maintained our Return and Exchange Policy at three hassle-free steps! All you need to do is to follow the three steps and you are done with our exchange procedure:

  1. Contact us at info@celebsjacket.com within 14 days of product delivery date for exchanging your product with another one.
  2. After our consultation, ship-back the item to us at our mentioned returned address.
  3. Once we receive your returned product, you would be more than happy to ship the returned product of your choice back to you.

Return and Exchange Terms & Conditions

Return and Exchange is only applicable within 14 days of the delivery date. It implies that when a product is delivered at your doorstep, you can opt for return it for exchange in the next 14 days. After the lapse of this stipulated time, no return shall be entertained in any case whatsoever.

  • A customer shall be required to bear one side shipping cost, which incurs when he or she ships the product back to us for return and exchange. The other side shipping cost, which incurs when we ship the returned product back to you, shall be complimentary.
  • The Return and Exchange is free for one time only i.e. only one side shipping fee is needed to be paid by a customer. For second time Return and Exchange, $40.00 shall be charged coupled with one side shipping fee.
  • The Return and Exchange shall be absolutely free (even one side shipping fee shall be refunded), if you receive a defective product and/or you receive a wrong product, one you never ordered.
  • A product needed to be returned for exchange must conform with the following requirements:
  • It must be in its brand new / unworn condition. Used products shall not be returned for exchange in any case whatsoever.
  • Soiled, jagged and torn products shall not be entertained for return.
  • A product needed to be returned for exchange must be returned to our mentioned returned address prior our consultation. Unsolicited return products shall not be entertained for exchange in any case whatsoever.
  • A product must be returned to us in its original packaging with its originally included tags, labels and/or any other document enclosed.

Return and Exchange In Case Of More Than Two Products

Be known that no more than two products shall be entertained for Return and Exchange. This step discourages the practice of buying many products at once for testing or selling them further and when the sale does not happen, asking for the Return and Exchange. Return and Exchange For Custom-made Products

The return and exchange shall not be applicable for Custom-made products. The custom-made products are made exactly as per your body measurement details; hence they may not be returned for exchange for the reason that these products are not resalable to other customers.

Refund Policy

As per our Refund policy, we initiate full refund which is only restricted to the following cases:

  • If the product is lost during the transit and it loses its traceability.
  • If the product you have ordered is out of stock, and the next arrival of the batch may take time.
