Shipping Policy
Having your orders timely delivered to you is important to us. Apart from time, attaining speed and safety is what we strive for. We need 03 to 05 business days to process and pack your order with a proper quality check (QC). We call it Order Processing Time (OPT). Once your order is shipped, you will get an email notification from us with all the tracking information you need to track your order.
During the OPT, you won’t be left wondering, as we will keep sending updates throughout via email. Moreover, if we require any further information from you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery, we will reach out directly. We pride ourselves on meeting the commitments on item quality and other related services, but if anything doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to make it right. Understanding The Timeline Of Your Order
To keep you informed, we want you to clarify the different stages your order goes through, even before it arrives at your doorstep.
An order is “placed” when you complete checkout and make the payment. It becomes “confirmed” only after our payment processor verifies the transaction. This verification is usually immediate but may take up to 24 hours depending on different situations.
Upon confirmation, our team prepares for order processing. Our standard OPT ranges in-between 03 to 05 business days. After successful processing, the order is “ready for shipment.” The standard delivery window for all orders is 05 to 07 business days. For expedited shipping, the delivery window is 02 to 05 business days.
For custom-sized products/orders, please be aware that it involves an additional creation period. The complete process for such orders takes about 15 to 20 business days from order confirmation to the final delivery.

Our Shipping & Delivery Process
To ensure secure and timely delivery, we partner with leading global couriers like FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS. After your package leaves our facility, we will email you the complete tracking information. This tracking information (also referred to as shipping information) allows you to track your package’s journey throughout the transit.
Note: You will get the email notification with the tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
A piece of advice on delivery addresses:
To prevent any unexpected delays, always provide your complete shipping address (street / physical address) and an active phone number. This ensures that the courier can reach you if needed. Please be aware that we are unable to ship the orders to FPO/APO and PO Box addresses.
What happens if you miss out on a delivery?
If a delivery attempt goes unsuccessful for any reason, the courier will typically hold your package at your nearest local depot. In such a case, we strongly encourage you to contact the courier directly using the information available at the tracking detail page on the courier’s portal. We recommend that you either visit them in person or get to their customer support via phone and schedule a redelivery.
Please be advised that unclaimed packages are marked as “abandoned” and will eventually be returned to their origin. In such cases, reshipping will incur additional shipping costs and handling fees and will ultimately be on the buyer’s ledger.
