• 1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours (100% Refund) We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If you change your mind shortly after ordering, we’ve got you covered. Orders successfully cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full 100% refund to your original payment method. This is the easiest time for us to stop the order before it enters our fulfillment pipeline.
• 2. Cancellation Between 24 – 72 Hours (75% Refund)
  After the first 24 hours, your order moves quickly into our processing stage. Our team begins preparing your item for shipment, which includes allocating inventory, quality checks, and initiating packaging. If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before 72 hours (03 days) have passed, your order is eligible for a 75% refund. A 25% processing fee will be retained to cover these initial operational costs. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us manage the resources already dedicated to your order.
• 3. Cancellation After the Order Has Shipped (No Refund) Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order or offer a refund once it has been shipped from our warehouse. You will have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number at this point.

Our recommendation is that if you no longer want the package after it is shipped, simply wait for its arrival. When it arrives, accept the package and initiate a return request at info@celebsjacket.com. Upon receiving the request, we will be more than happy to further assist you regarding the return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
