At Celebsjacket, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not happy or fully satisfied with a purchase from us, our straightforward return & exchange is designed to help you do it easily.
The Simple 3-Step Process:

• Reach Out: Email our dedicated support team at info@celebsjacket.com within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.
• Ship It Back: After we provide you with a return authorization and a return shipping address, simply send the item back to us.
• Get Sorted: Once we receive the package from you, we will inspect your return. After successful completion, we will ship out your exchange or process a refund as mutually agreed.

Policy Details Timeframe:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date.
Shipping Costs:
For a standard change of mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item back to us as well as the shipping cost to send the new item or replacement.
Important: If you receive a defective or wrong item altogether, we will fully cover all shipping costs and fees. Your exchange will be completely free.

Condition of Items:

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, an item must be:
• Brand-new, unworn, and unused condition.
• Returned with the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Free of any damage, stains, or odors.

Limitations:

• To ensure fairness for all customers, we limit returns or exchanges to a maximum of two items per order.
• Custom-made products crafted to your specific measurements, and unfortunately, are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are not resellable further.
